SHOWA KOKI can response various needs of customers because we have established the system to carry out design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance of various equipment internally and consistently. We have a lot of achievements about powder storage equipment and plant facility, especially large storage tank, mobile silo and screw conveyor. We will realize high quality, low cost and short delivery period from long years' experience and accomplishments.

Flow of design and manufacturing by contract

Step.1 Consultation
  • We will make a proper proposal after asking about your needs.

Step.2 Order received and contract
  • We will send you a layout and quotation. If you approve them, then we will make a contract.
Step.3 Equipment device manufacturing and inspection
  • We will make the equipment device in our factory.
    We have developed the environment to carry out from machinery design and electric design to manufacturing internally.
    We will meet your expectation with highly skilled technology and mobility.
    After manufacturing, we will conduct the inspection and the commissioning inside our factory in the presence of customer.
Step.4 Installation and handing over
  • We will install a finished product, and then hand it over after conducting the load commissioning.
Step.5 Maintenance
  • We will carry out a regular visit and on-site investigation. We're ensuring the support system in the case of the emergency as well.
